The first Linux Camp Peru 2012!

The last weekend we celebrated the release of GNOME 3.4 and the new version of Ubuntu 12.04. We went to a club located in Chosica, Lima, Peru. Free Software communities from different universities like “Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos”, “Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru”, “Universidad Catolica Sede Sapiens”, “Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega” and from other Free Software Communities like Ubuntu, Blender and Joomla were invited to participated. Our event was called The Linux Camp Peru 2012 and we showed in our Website the GNOME Foundation as sponsorship since the beginning.

We follow the program we planned before thanks to the GNOME sponsorship and you can see some pictures we took from our event and the video we took during the break.

* After this experience, a group of 12 guys are going to have another meeting this weekend to practice python and we are going to discuss the TO DO list to fix bugs for GNOME ❤ !!!..   So, we are going to start real contribution for the project! D: D: D:
